Welcome to The House ("the App"), operated by The House ("we", "us"). By

creating an account or otherwise using the App you agree to these Terms of Use

and End User License Agreement (together, the "Terms"). If you do not agree to

these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By signing up you confirm

that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is

accurate.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

The House has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and

abusive users. You agree that you will not, and will not allow others

acting on your behalf to, upload, post, link to, share, or otherwise make

available any content that:

another person's privacy;

way;

orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;

goods, drugs, weapons, or services;

rights;

You also agree that you will not stalk, harass, bully, threaten, or

impersonate any other user or person.

3. Reporting and blocking

Every post in the feed has a "•••" menu that lets you report the post or

block its author. When you block a user, their posts and profile are

removed from your feed immediately on this device, and our moderation team is

notified. When you report content, our team reviews it and takes appropriate

action, which may include removing the content and disabling the account that

posted it.

We act on reports of objectionable content and abusive users **within 24

hours** of receipt and may remove the content and/or disable the offending

account.

4. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable

license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for

your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the

Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

(https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/). You may not copy,

modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or distribute the App except as

expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you post. You grant us a worldwide,

royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute

your content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving the

App. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant

that license and that your content does not violate Section 2.

6. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we

believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to other users or to the

App. You may delete your account at any time from inside the App; doing so

removes your membership account and the content you created from our servers,

and your data from your device.

7. Data storage

Your membership account and your activity in The House — your posts, comments,

likes, RSVPs, messages, and related records — are stored securely on our

servers and with our authentication provider, so that you can sign in on any

device, other members can see what you share, and the Concierge can review

applications and keep the community safe. We do not sell your data or use it

for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF

MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING

OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not with Apple, and

that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no

obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any

failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify

Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. Apple

and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may

enforce them against you.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the
